The investment associated with each Claire Rose service represents the minimum planning and management investment required for that level of support. It is not an additional fee; rather, it serves as the starting point toward your overall planning and management investment with Claire Rose.

Our planning and management services are structured around 20% of the total wedding or event investment and include planning oversight, logistics management, vendor coordination, timeline development, guest communication, design guidance, and the thoughtful execution required to create a seamless and memorable celebration.

As every wedding and event is uniquely designed, your final planning and management investment may increase or decrease based on the overall scope of the celebration, guest count, location, selected services, design elements, accommodations, entertainment, and custom requests. Following your consultation, a personalized proposal will be thoughtfully prepared based on your vision and event goals, ensuring complete transparency and a celebration tailored to you.
